The Space
The flat is spacious (130 square metres) with two bedrooms and bathrooms, a living room with dining room, kitchen and covered outdoor patio.

The flat is full of character, being warmly furnished and extensively decorated with original artwork, both photos and murals. The windows around the courtyard overlook the characteristic Florentine rooftops.

You arrive in the hallway, before entering the living room. To your right is the second bedroom, with twin or double beds, and the path to the kitchen and patio. To your left is the corridor to the bathroom, with shower and two washbasins, and the master bedroom, with a double bed, and its own bathroom with shower and two washbasins.

The flat is fully equipped with both newly installed air conditioning and its own heating. The kitchen has both a stove with oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and separate washer and dryer. There is also everything else you would expect from a kettle to an iron and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The entrance to the building has two steps to the front door, and there are a further eight shallow steps in the entrance hall to reach the lift. This then comes to the flat on the first floor.

You will take the whole flat.

The flat can accommodate 2 to 4 people, with a cot available.

The flat is on Via del Corno, so very central well within the 'No traffic zone'. It is within walking distance of the Uffizi Gallery (3 minutes), Ponte Vecchio (6 minutes) and the Cathedral (8 minutes), with many other attractions nearby. Being so central in Florence's 'traffic-free zone', it is well positioned for Florence's wide range of restaurants and bars, and for the full range of Italian and international shops nearby throughout the city centre. Conveniently, there is a Conad City supermarket a 4-minute walk away.

Also within a few minutes' walk are the cathedrals of Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Croce, the Pitti and Strozzi Palaces, and the most famous Italian fashion shops in Via Tornabuoni, the characteristic small shops of typical Florentine products and handicrafts in Via dei Neri and Via del Corso, and the central market of Florence with its first-floor restaurant in San Lorenzo.
