The LIVING AREA, with a sofa that can be converted into a 140x190 double sofa bed, offers the possibility of adding 2 more guests. In the LIVING AREA there is a coffee corner with a Nespresso machine and a kettle, coffee pods and tea bags at your disposal. There is also a Smart Tv to watch your favourite movies on Netflix.

The KITCHEN is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, dining table and the necessary tools for cooking, all at your disposal.

There is a spacious and bright BEDROOM with a double bed, wardrobe to store all your
your personal belongings, and a desk.

The bedroom overlooks a large BALCONY, equipped with table and chairs, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or relax with an aperitif on the top floor of the building.

The BATHROOM consists of a refined crystal shower cabin, complete sanitary facilities and a hairdryer.
